HR Manager – FinTech Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle for CredTech’s UAE operations. The role will ensure compliant, efficient and employee‑centred HR services while supporting the rapid growth of our fintech business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, immigration/visa, payroll inputs, leave, benefits, performance, and exit processes.
• Oversee office administration and facilities coordination for the DIFC entity to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Act as the local HR partner to CredTech’s leadership and as the operational liaison with Group FinTech HR, ensuring fit‑for‑purpose people processes and strong compliance.
• Maintain HR data, reporting, policy implementation and analytics in line with Group FinTech frameworks.
• Manage relationships with PROs, vendors and immigration authorities to ensure timely visa processing and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in UAE‑based HR operations or generalist roles.
• Deep knowledge of UAE labour law, DIFC, MOHRE and GDRFA regulations.
• Proven track record in HR operations, compliance and analytics within fintech, financial services or technology sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
