HR Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people function at our flagship Holiday Inn hotel in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building a positive culture, driving talent strategies and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for hotel and specialized technical positions, and manage leadership succession planning.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding, training and development to promotions and exits.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UAE labour regulations and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and training to the General Manager and wider team on HR matters to enhance performance.
• Identify process improvements, monitor HR metrics and report on key indicators.
• Analyse the local labour market to keep compensation and benefits competitive.
• Promote a unified culture, strengthen the hotel’s employer brand and encourage community involvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of generalist HR experience, including at least 2 years in an Assistant HR Manager role with people‑leadership responsibilities.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with a focus on continuous improvement.
