About the role
A premium British-curriculum school in Dubai is looking for an HR Manager. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, staff relations and HR operations, including compliance with KHDA requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and KHDA documentation for all staff
- Manage HR operations: records, attendance, leaves, payroll support and compliance
- Support staff relations, resolve queries and maintain a positive school culture
- Coordinate performance reviews, training and ongoing staff development
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in the same role within the school/education sector
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, KHDA requirements and HR best practices
- Familiarity with staff qualification verification and KHDA Teacher Permit processes
