HR Manager – Sustainable Agriculture Operations

About the role

The Organic Farm, the agricultural arm of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resource functions across its office and farm sites. You will ensure workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance and performance management align with corporate goals and UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for corporate and farm positions, developing seasonal workforce plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, visas, labour cards and ensure full compliance with UAE labour law.
• Manage payroll inputs, allowances, benefits and oversee leave tracking and end‑of‑service calculations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and promote positive engagement across diverse teams.
• Implement KPI frameworks, performance review systems and align individual objectives with business goals.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs and support internal/external audits.
• Identify training needs, deliver learning initiatives and support leadership development and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and government processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with a multicultural, operational farm workforce.
