HR Manager | Talent & Culture Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Talent & Culture Manager to lead our people strategy at KATAL Property Investment in Abu Dhabi. The role goes beyond traditional HR, focusing on attracting top talent, building strong systems, and shaping a high‑performance culture that supports our rapid growth in the luxury real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, build talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
• Design and manage performance management systems, KPI setting and employee development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, maintain HR policies, compensation, benefits and employee records.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and conflict resolution.
• Partner with senior leadership on organisational planning and HR process improvement.

Required profile

• Strategic, proactive and people‑focused mindset.
• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven track record in performance management and employee development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
