HR Manager (UAE National) - Dubai

About the role

Dautom, an IT consulting partner, is recruiting an experienced HR Manager for a client, a globally recognized industry leader, based in Dubai. The role covers HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning and HR policies, with a requirement for strong knowledge of Labour Law and experience in a fast-paced business environment. The position is open to UAE nationals and is advertised as immediate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across departments, working with department heads on hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with Labour Law and employment regulations
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Manage employee records, HR documentation and HRMS systems
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
• Monitor HR metrics and report regularly to senior management
• Support training, development and succession planning, and coordinate with government entities on HR matters where required

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 8+ years of HR experience, including in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning and HR operations
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Required skills

• Knowledge of Labour Law
• Experience with HRMS and applicant tracking systems
