HR Offboarding Specialist (Emiratized Role) - Al Ain

About the role

First Abu Dhabi Bank is hiring an HR Offboarding Specialist (Case Officer) in Al Ain, an emiratized role. The specialist manages employee offboarding cases end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact for exiting employees and coordinating clearances, final settlement, system updates, documentation, queries and exit surveys. The role protects the bank's operational, financial, legal, regulatory and compliance requirements while supporting process improvement and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resignations, terminations, redundancies and other separations from instruction to closure, within agreed timelines.
• Act as the single point of contact for exiting employees, guiding them on the offboarding journey, documentation, settlement, benefits, liabilities and clearances.
• Hold offboarding and exit meetings and coordinate with HRBPs, line managers, payroll, IT, legal, staff banking, credit cards, collections and indemnities.
• Resolve offboarding queries and AskHR cases, and execute system tasks such as ITSM and ServiceNow requests, access revocation, T24 block/unblock, BPMS approvals, Oracle Fusion transactions, visa/permit and insurance cancellations, pension de-registration and final settlement with payroll.
• Drive completion of exit surveys, follow up with employees and HRBPs, and hold exit survey meetings where needed.
• Maintain accurate offboarding records, checklists, trackers and dashboards, upload documents to the HR DMS, and escalate exceptions or risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, digitisation and automation of the offboarding journey, and support data integrity and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• 5 years' relevant experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in similar roles in HR Operations, Employee Services, HR Administration or Offboarding.
• Strong reporting, analytics and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Customer orientation, persuasion and influence, analytical thinking, collaboration across functions and jurisdictions, and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle Fusion preferred).
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, governance and maker-checker controls.
