HR Officer – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are a leading real estate development company in Dubai seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and the ability to work independently across multiple HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and related documentation.
• Process employment visas and coordinate government procedures.
• Maintain employee records, attendance reports, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Support recruitment activities and employee relations matters.
• Assist in managing multiple HR tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Experience in a real estate developer or property development company is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
• Tagalog/Filipino language skills are an advantage.
