HR Officer – UAE National

About the role

Technip Energies is seeking an HR Officer (UAE National) to join its Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi. The role will support the HR Manager in delivering core HR services across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance, contributing to the company’s growth in the energy and engineering sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for diverse positions.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation.
• Handle employee relations matters, resolve grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Support performance management cycles, including appraisals and development plans.
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to up‑skill staff.
• Contribute to HR projects such as engagement programmes and policy updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the oil & gas or engineering industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
