About the role
Al Ramz Corporation is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the transformation of its human‑resources function through modern systems, data‑driven analytics and automation. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end HR technology landscape and ensure seamless, compliant payroll and employee experiences across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously optimise the HR Management System (HRMS) throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations and EOS requirements.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives to streamline HR processes.
- Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that support strategic decision‑making.
- Enhance employee experience by implementing digital HR solutions.
- Maintain strong governance, data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, systems or analytics.
- Proven expertise in HRMS administration, automation and reporting.
- Background in financial services, preferably within the GCC region.
- Advanced analytical mindset with excellent communication abilities.
