HR Recruiter & Generalist (Junior) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter and Generalist to join our Dubai team on a fixed‑term basis. This junior‑level position will focus on sourcing and hiring domestic staff such as babysitters and nannies while supporting broader recruitment needs across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for babysitters, nannies, and other domestic staff.
• Support recruitment initiatives for other departments as required.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR Generalist tasks including administration, onboarding, employee documentation, and record management.
• Ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for all candidates.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR Generalist functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
• Experience in high‑volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Previous work in a recruitment agency or staffing firm is preferred.
