HR Recruiter – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to support our hiring activities across retail, office, warehouse, and operational functions. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on relevant portals and recruitment channels.
• Source, shortlist, and screen candidates according to job specifications.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and follow‑up communications.
• Assist with offer preparation, pre‑joining documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Provide general HR administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably hiring for retail, sales, office, or warehouse roles.
• Basic knowledge of UAE labour law, onboarding, and visa procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using HR/recruitment systems; Zoho Recruit is a plus.
