HR Specialist – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to lead our Human Resources function in Ras Al Khaimah. The role will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals while ensuring a compliant and inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s overall plan.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior management on people matters, succession planning and organizational development.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all levels, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and local RAK requirements.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
• Drive performance management cycles, from goal setting to annual appraisals.
• Coordinate training needs and development programmes.
• Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration in partnership with finance.
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbook and accurate HRIS records.
• Support Emiratisation initiatives and promote company culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or CIPD/MCIPD preferred).
• 5‑8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
• Proven ability to lead HR functions in a fast‑growing environment.
