HSE Administrator – Large‑Scale Gas Processing Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to support large‑scale gas processing projects for a high‑profile client in the UAE. The role will focus on managing health, safety and environmental administration, ensuring compliance and facilitating change initiatives across the project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HSE administration activities for gas processing projects, including documentation, reporting and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate change management processes to drive user adoption and align with project objectives.
• Maintain HSE records, incident logs and audit trails in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate HSE requirements into daily operations.
• Support the preparation of safety plans, risk assessments and environmental impact documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HSE Administrator on large‑scale gas processing or oil & gas projects.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations applicable in the UAE.
• Ability to work effectively with high‑profile clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
