HSE Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environment initiatives on its Abu Dhabi construction projects. You will work closely with senior site representatives to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior construction site leaders on ESHARP and Parsons SH&E processes, identifying and controlling hazards.
• Develop site‑specific work plans, compliance programs, training and orientation aligned with UAE regulations and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to evaluate contractor SH&E performance and culture.
• Audit projects and worksites against corporate and client standards, producing written audit reports.
• Implement occupational injury and incident reporting, conduct investigations and root‑cause analyses.
• Analyze trends from audits, inspections and incident reports and deliver regular analysis reports.
• Represent the SH&E program on project sites and supervise emergency response and first‑aid teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years (180 months) of experience in construction health, safety and environment management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and Abu Dhabi health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver SH&E training, audits and incident investigations.
• Excellent analytical skills for trend analysis and reporting.
