HSE Manager

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental activities on a major Oil & Gas EPC project in the United Arab Emirates. The role is based in the Abu Dhabi site office and requires full compliance with ADNOC regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with ADNOC standards.
• Lead a team of HSE professionals, providing guidance, training and support.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and enforce control measures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure HSE compliance throughout all project phases.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, determine root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to stay current on HSE regulations and best practices.
• Prepare and submit required HSE reports and statistics to ADNOC and other authorities.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness through training, communication and engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or an HSE discipline from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as an HSE Manager in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• ADNOC approval or the ability to obtain it.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE legislation and international standards.
