HSE Manager – Offshore Subsea Project (Pkg 2)

About the role

The HSE Manager will lead, implement and maintain Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSE) management systems for ADNOC offshore subsea projects. The role ensures compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, UAE regulations and international standards while fostering a strong safety culture throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor project HSE Management Plans.
• Lead HSE teams and secure adequate resources across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and offshore installation.
• Promote proactive safety and behavioural safety programs.
• Serve as the primary HSE liaison with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, contractors and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure HSE objectives and KPIs are communicated, tracked and achieved.
• Maintain full compliance with ADNOC HSE Management System, ADNOC Offshore HSE requirements, UAE Federal environmental regulations, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ADNOC HSE Management System.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary HSE teams and manage SIMOPS.
• Strong incident investigation and risk assessment expertise.
