Human Capital Specialist – Payroll & HR Operations (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Specialist to lead payroll and HR operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on end‑to‑end payroll processing, employee data management, and compliance within a large‑scale organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full payroll cycle in SAP HANA, including validation, reconciliation and reporting.
• Maintain employee records using HRIS platforms such as SAP HRMS.
• Process loans, advances, leave encashment, bonuses and End of Service Benefits (EOSB).
• Administer pension schemes for UAE and GCC staff.
• Validate expense claims and handle reimbursements.
• Prepare monthly payroll, finance, audit and HR reports.
• Support onboarding, data updates, transfers and employee exits.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR Operations and Payroll experience, with at least 2–3 years of hands‑on payroll processing.
• Experience with SAP HRMS or comparable HR systems.
• Background in Oil & Gas or large‑scale organizations is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPD Level 3/5, CPP or SAP HRMS/HRIS certification are a plus.
