Legal Recruitment Consultant – Relocate to Dubai

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international legal recruitment firm to expand its in‑house team in Dubai. This position is ideal for a UK or Irish legal recruiter who wants to relocate and join a well‑established, globally recognised brand focused on senior legal appointments across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior legal roles in the Middle East market.
• Leverage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with global teams in London, Europe, the US and Australia to source top talent.
• Utilise research, PA and resourcing support to deliver high‑quality candidate pipelines.
• Maintain and grow the profitable Middle East platform while ensuring a high‑trust, collaborative culture.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in legal recruitment, either agency, private practice or in‑house.
• Polished, personable and commercially sharp with a genuine interest in the Middle East legal market.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and adapt to a fast‑moving, international environment.
