Human Resources Associate – Talent Acquisition & People Operations

About the role

Help AG is seeking a motivated Human Resources Associate to join its Talent Acquisition and People, Performance & Culture team. The role will manage the full lifecycle of contractual resources supporting customers' IT security functions, from recruitment through onboarding, administration and off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end resident resource lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, leave management, timesheets and off‑boarding.
• Advertise vacancies on internal career portals and external platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, screen CVs, arrange interviews and support selection with customers.
• Facilitate onboarding activities, including security clearances, visa processing, relocation, travel, accommodation and IT asset allocation.
• Process customer onboarding requirements, handling SAP Ariba and Fieldglass applications.
• Maintain accurate employee records covering personal, contractual, compensation and performance data.
• Administer resource contracts, Statements of Work and Change Requests.
• Track and collect timesheets for customer‑deployed resources and provide day‑to‑day operational support.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or relevant experience.
• Strong customer‑ and team‑focused attitude with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, immigration (MOHRE) and CICPA requirements.
• Proven ability to influence, manage expectations and handle conflict.
• Excellent organizational, communication and reporting abilities.
• Flexible approach, willing to work extra hours when required.
