Human Resources Business Partner – Dubai

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (Emiratization) will act as a strategic liaison for the Dubai branch, ensuring HR initiatives align with the bank’s objectives and UAE regulatory requirements. The role supports business continuity, high‑performance culture, and compliance across all people‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR sections to deliver support services within defined SLAs.
• Partner with Business and Support Unit Heads to assess manpower needs and drive workforce planning.
• Manage Emiratization efforts to meet nationalization targets.
• Monitor regulatory updates from CBUAE and other authorities and integrate changes into HR practices.
• Review and localize HR policies to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, offer generation, and pre‑employment checks.
• Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding and induction programs.
• Support performance‑management cycles in partnership with the OD team.
• Contribute to salary review discussions and communicate outcomes.
• Develop job descriptions and oversee L&D initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and investigations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration mandates, and Emiratization requirements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
