Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support for Grandiose Supermarket in the United Arab Emirates. The role will work closely with business leaders to ensure HR processes align with group standards and add value across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HR processes, ensuring compliance with group standards and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead HR projects not covered at group level, delivering them on schedule and reporting results.
• Handle employee relations, mediate issues, and ensure all requests are processed in line with UAE labour law.
• Conduct manpower planning and budgeting with business heads, managing headcount and cost controls.
• Oversee payroll data, calculate increments and bonuses according to company policy.
• Design and maintain job descriptions, guide managers through goal‑setting and performance review cycles.
• Analyse performance data, propose solutions, and support talent development and career path planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant HR experience.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations, projects and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour legislation and company policies.
• Experience in manpower planning, payroll administration and performance management.
