Human Resources Coordinator Internship

About the role

Join Boucheron’s fast‑paced luxury environment as a Human Resources Coordinator Intern, supporting the HR Manager across the GCC with a focus on the UAE. You will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, Emiratization, HR administration and employee experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, interview coordination and preparation of offer letters.
• Assist Emiratization tracking, maintain records of UAE national employees and help source local talent.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR administration such as employee record keeping, onboarding, internal movements, leave management and off‑boarding.
• Contribute to HR projects, employee engagement events, training sessions and the implementation of new HR tools.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
