Human Resources Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As a Human Resources Executive you will support daily HR operations while delivering memorable experiences for guests and team members. The role combines HR administration, employee engagement and partnership with department leaders in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, safety and performance management.
• Coordinate recognition programs, special events and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee HR data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective‑action records, and generate HR metric reports.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance and promote a productive work environment.
• Partner with department heads on workforce planning, onboarding, talent development and policy application, acting on behalf of the HR Manager when needed.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to integrity, leadership, teamwork and ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field (advantage).
• Previous HR leadership experience in a hotel or hospitality setting (advantage).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, talent development and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR information systems.
