Human Resources Executive (Blue-Collar Workforce)

About the role

The HR Executive handles end-to-end HR operations for the group, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance with UAE Labour Law and welfare management of blue-collar staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of blue-collar workers: manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and deployment, including accommodation, transport and welfare facilities in line with UAE labour standards, and handle grievances and disciplinary matters
• Recruit skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers through agencies and directly, coordinate trade tests and interviews with Operations Managers, and handle offer letters, contracts and joining formalities
• Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and Free Zone rules, and manage work permits, employment visas, Emirates ID, medical insurance, labour contracts, renewals and cancellations
• Coordinate WPS payroll, leave management, final settlements and absconding cases, and maintain personnel files and the HRMS
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime and shift rosters, coordinate with the PRO on visa and labour transactions, prepare HR and manpower reports and support performance management and training

Required profile

• 4-5 years of proven HR experience in the UAE handling a large number of blue-collar workers; construction, FM, manufacturing, logistics or trading background preferred
• Experience managing 200+ blue-collar employees is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• English is mandatory; Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam is a major plus

Required skills

• Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE portal, WPS and visa processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS / HR software
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a multi-company structure
