Human Resources Executive – Hotel & Hospitality

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Human Resources Executive you will support daily HR operations for the hotel while delivering memorable experiences that enhance every guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and guide team members and heads of departments on policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Assist recruitment, selection, onboarding and internal mobility to meet business and manpower needs.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition and Heart of House activities to strengthen Hilton culture.
• Support performance management, talent management, succession planning and development initiatives.
• Coordinate learning & development activities and monitor completion of mandatory training.
• Assist with employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave, attendance and other HR administration processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Hilton standards and UAE labour legislation.
• Support HR audits, reporting, manpower planning and implementation of HR action plans.
• Partner with heads of departments to address people‑related challenges and improve engagement and retention.
• Deputise for the Human Resources Manager when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field (advantageous).
• Previous HR coordinator or supervisory role, preferably in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of HR operations, UAE labour practices, recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with HR systems.
