Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will join Classic Paramount Real Estate in Dubai to lead and support all HR functions across the organisation. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on recruitment, employee relations, HR operations and policy management to drive the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Oversee HR management, including performance management and employee development.
• Handle HR operations such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with UAE labour regulations.
• Facilitate employee relations, conflict resolution and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, operations and policy development.
• Strong knowledge of local UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP) is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE labour legislation.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and processes.
• HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR or SHRM‑CP (preferred).
