Human Resources Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong Corporate Services Provider background to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and supporting a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete HR function and employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement and off‑boarding.
• Oversee employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and maintain accurate employee records.
• Administer visa, work permit, insurance and other employee documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and internal processes, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Collaborate with management and department heads on manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Support training, development and retention initiatives and prepare regular HR reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably within a Corporate Services Provider, business setup or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations and payroll coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Currently based in the UAE and willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
