A leading real‑estate brokerage in Dubai is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. This senior leadership position will shape people strategy, ensure smooth HR operations and support the company’s aggressive growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise end‑to‑end HR operations across multiple business units.
• Align HR strategy with the company’s rapid expansion and growth targets.
• Design and drive performance‑management frameworks that enforce accountability.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organisational design.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and internal governance standards.
• Strengthen HR systems, reporting and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of HR experience with strong leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in high‑growth, performance‑driven industries (real‑estate preferred).
• Strong business acumen – understands revenue, targets and operational pressure.
• Hands‑on leader who can execute as well as strategise.
• Confident stakeholder manager capable of influencing senior leadership.
