Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will act as the deputy to the Group Director of HR, overseeing HR delivery across the head office, centre of excellence and all hospitality venues. The role leads a team of three HR Business Partners and owns end‑to‑end talent acquisition for operational sites and pre‑opening projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach HR Business Partners, set priorities, review case work and ensure consistent, timely output.
• Own talent acquisition for existing venues and new openings, define hiring standards, plan headcount ramp‑up and manage sourcing.
• Administer HR operations, maintain documentation and enforce UAE labour‑law‑compliant policies across all locations.
• Set employee‑relations policy, review investigations, manage performance review cycles and ensure legal risk is mitigated.
• Drive engagement, analyse turnover, propose retention actions and coordinate with the L&D centre of excellence.
• Validate payroll, incentives and benefits data before finance processing and produce HR reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism and recruitment pipelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM‑CP/SCP) highly desirable.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within hospitality or food & beverage in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing payroll and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
