Human Resources Manager

About the role

Freedom Finance MENAT is seeking a bilingual Russian‑English HR professional to manage daily HR operations in a fast‑paced financial services environment. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and direct support to the Executive Director and Chief Business Development Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, ADGM and DWTC employment regulations.
• Lead onboarding and orientation, handling visas, Emirates IDs, contracts and medical insurance.
• Manage background checks, document collection, and visa issuance, renewals and cancellations.
• Provide official employment documents to authorities and employees.
• Maintain HR records in Zoho People and Zoho Payroll throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare payroll inputs and support monthly payroll processing.
• Handle disciplinary procedures and grievance management.
• Liaise with ADGM and DWTC authorities for regulatory matters.
• Contribute to HR strategy, workforce planning and organizational development.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections related to HR compliance.
• Organise team events and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in UAE labour laws and employment regulations.
• Proven HR experience in the UAE, preferably within ADGM or DWTC.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
