Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong Corporate Services Provider background to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing end‑to‑end HR operations within a CSP environment and ensuring compliance with UAE labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete HR function and employee lifecycle.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Handle visa, work permit, insurance, and other employee documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Collaborate with management and department heads on manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Support employee performance, training, development, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• 6+ years of HR experience, preferably within a CSP, corporate services, business setup, or similar professional services company.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
• Experience managing HR processes for a diverse workforce.
• Strong knowledge of employee documentation, visa processes, and HR compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Currently based in the UAE and open to working in Abu Dhabi.
