About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide part‑time, remote support for a global staffing and recruiting client. The role focuses on answering employee queries, maintaining confidential HR records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and off‑boarding departing staff.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
• Collaborate with management to resolve workplace issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an HR support or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Familiarity with HR information systems or databases.
