Human Resources Manager – UAE Labour Expertise

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full HR function for our organization in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The role requires deep knowledge of the UAE labour market and the ability to manage recruitment, payroll, policy development and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies for skilled, semi‑skilled and blue‑collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop, review and communicate HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE Labour Laws, covering attendance, leave, overtime, conduct, performance and grievance handling.
• Oversee the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, deductions and WPS compliance, and resolve payroll queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE employment legislation and advise management on legal and compliance matters.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations and employee benefits administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on HR experience in the UAE, preferably in a similar managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in recruiting across all levels, from operational staff to senior managers.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Laws, WPS requirements and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse workforce.
