About the role
Alandalus Medical Center is seeking a motivated Human Resources Officer to support its growing healthcare team in Al Ain. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations, and contributing to staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Maintain attendance records and support payroll administration.
- Assist in performance management and staff development initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
