Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Al Nuaimi Caravans, a manufacturer of mobile cabins and caravans in the UAE, is hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist in Al Ain. The role covers day-to-day HR activities, from onboarding and offboarding to recruitment support, and works closely with managers to meet workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain personnel records and support recruitment processes
• Implement and update HR policies and coordinate employee benefits
• Support performance management and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and support HR reporting
• Partner with managers to address workforce needs and promote a positive work environment

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with prior HR experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Required skills

• HR and HR management skills covering the full employee lifecycle
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
• Personnel management skills for records, attendance and HR documentation
• Beneficial: knowledge of UAE labor laws, recruitment and onboarding experience, and familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS)
