Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will lead the HR function at Delivery Zone, ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and internal policies while supporting HR operations across the Bin Murshed Group.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control all HR department activities, assign tasks, set priorities and monitor performance of the HR team.
• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations for riders, drivers and white‑collar staff, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, medical insurance coordination, leave management and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS governance and medical insurance requirements; lead inspections and audits.
• Implement and enforce group HR policies, code of conduct and disciplinary matrix, escalating breaches to executive management.
• Supervise and approve disciplinary cases, lead complex investigations (misconduct, fraud, absconding) and handle grievance resolution.
• Oversee medical insurance coordination and employee benefits to maintain continuous coverage.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of experience in HR operations or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
