About the role

We are building a talent pool within the Human Resources team at Dubai Holding. This initiative allows us to consider candidates for future HR positions across talent management, talent acquisition, HR operations and HR rewards as opportunities arise.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist with HR operations, policy development and documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to address HR needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
