About the role

The Management Trainee Program 2025‑2026 is a structured 18‑24 month development journey designed to prepare UAE nationals for middle‑management positions (AVP/Director level). Participants will rotate across functions, receive leadership training, earn internationally recognised certifications and work on high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Complete cross‑functional rotations to gain broad business exposure.
• Deliver results on strategic projects and a capstone assignment presented to senior leadership.
• Participate in internationally recognised leadership and management certification courses.
• Engage in mentorship and shadowing sessions with senior executives.
• Undertake secondments or international assignments with partner firms for hands‑on experience.

Required profile

• UAE national with a recent university degree or early‑career experience.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.
• Willingness to commit to an 18‑24 month programme and relocate internationally if required.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
