About the role
Join Amazon's Worldwide Sustainability organization as a Human Rights Compliance Manager. You will lead the end‑to‑end management of human rights and environmental impact cases across Amazon’s supply chain, ensuring rigorous investigation, remediation and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Single Threaded Leader for each case, overseeing intake, verification, investigation, corrective action and remedy.
- Coordinate investigations and remediation design with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation, data integrity and reporting in case management systems.
- Apply Amazon’s Global Human Rights Principles and Supply Chain Standards to assess escalation criteria.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate findings, remediation plans and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience managing human rights or labor standards cases, even at an early career level.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive remediation programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
