HVAC Purchase Specialist

About the role

Waha Air is seeking a motivated HVAC Purchase Specialist to manage procurement activities for HVAC projects, maintenance operations, and technical supply requirements in Dubai. The role focuses on cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of equipment and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure HVAC equipment, spare parts, and project materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics partners.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations based on technical and commercial criteria.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
• Collaborate with project, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
• Develop long‑term relationships with manufacturers and identify new sourcing channels.
• Focus on cost optimisation and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HVAC procurement within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and local suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE market pricing and sourcing channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.
• Analytical and cost‑management skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
