Key responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team work orders.
- Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address equipment needs.
- Document inspections and repairs, flagging issues that require further attention.
