HVAC Technician – Maintenance & Repair

About the role

The HVAC Technician will join the engineering & facilities team at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Sharjah, ensuring the comfort and safety of guests by maintaining all heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, air‑quality and refrigeration systems.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment across the property.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant, monitor temperature, and analyze energy and utilities usage.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters and other equipment; assemble, install, test and maintain electrical and pipe systems.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance and assist with moving, lifting and installing heavy components.

Required profile

• Technical or vocational education with at least 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification and a valid HVAC Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in confined, elevated or uneven spaces.
