About the role
We are seeking an experienced IBM OpenPages GRC Technical Specialist to support and enhance a critical Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform in a highly regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and administer IBM OpenPages environments, including object types, fields, workflows, profiles, and security models.
- Build and support reports, dashboards, and analytics using Cognos.
- Manage data integrations, FastMap loads, and API‑based interfaces.
- Perform SQL analysis and support data quality initiatives.
- Provide L2/L3 application support and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience with IBM OpenPages.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
Required skills
- IBM OpenPages configuration and administration
- Cognos Analytics reporting
- SQL with Oracle and/or DB2
- REST API integrations, FastMap data loads, ETL development
- Java/JSP customization
