About the role

Act as the technical advisor for instrumentation and control (I&C) engineering and control systems during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation. Lead technical due diligence, verify compliance, identify risks and support contract negotiations.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical advice for I&C scope in bid reviews and RFP development.
Lead due‑diligence activities, verify project/off‑taker requirements, and flag risks or deviations.
Prepare clarifications, support technical evaluation, and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
10+ years of experience in CCGT/thermal plant I&C, DCS/SIS engineering, bid evaluation, FAT/SAT and commissioning support.
Professional registration, chartership, or OEM/utility/off‑taker experience preferred.

Required skills

IEC 61850, IEC 61511, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61131, IEC 62443.
ISA 84, ISA 18.2, ISA standards.
DCS/PLC, SCADA, historian, LDC dispatch interface.
BMS, HRSG controls, GT/ST control integration, field instrumentation, control narratives.
ESD/SIS, SIL, cybersecurity.
