IGA Technical Consultant (SailPoint IdentityIQ & RSA G&L)

About the role

The IGA Technical Consultant combines the roles of IGA Engineer and IGA Business Analyst. The consultant implements and configures IGA solutions, mainly SailPoint IdentityIQ and RSA Governance & Lifecycle (G&L), and delivers complex IGA projects with strong technical skills and excellent communication and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate IGA solutions with target systems by testing and validating Web Services APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Act as the primary technical liaison with internal and external stakeholders such as Application Owners, Infrastructure Teams and Security Operations
• Document meetings, decisions, technical designs, configurations, test plans and procedures clearly and professionally
• Install, configure and maintain IGA components on Linux, and troubleshoot interactions with application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere) and databases
• Develop, test and optimise SQL queries for data integration, reporting and troubleshooting
• Support UAT, deployment and post-implementation activities
• Handle end-to-end configuration and implementation of IGA projects, including pre-requisite checks, installation and upgrades, connector setup, lifecycle workflows, SIT and UAT support, and customer training sessions

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience implementing, configuring and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Proven hands-on experience implementing, configuring and supporting RSA Governance & Lifecycle
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail for documentation
