Immigration Consultant – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Immigration Consultant to join our team in Dubai. You will guide clients through immigration and overseas employment options, ensuring a smooth and transparent process from inquiry to placement.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable immigration routes and overseas job opportunities.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Explain visa and work‑permit procedures, requirements, timelines and required documentation.
• Assess client profiles and recommend appropriate destination countries and job markets.
• Collect, verify and manage client documents.
• Coordinate with internal processing teams and overseas partners.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide regular status updates.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Customer‑service oriented mindset.
