About the role

Atlantis The Palm, part of Kerzner International, is looking for a motivated person with impeccable personal grooming and a clear passion for customer service to join its Imperial Services team. The role provides efficient reception service to all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs and cashiering transactions for the Imperial Club.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient reception service to all guests, giving them information and paying full attention to their special requirements, needs and requests.
• Ensure all check-ins and check-outs from the Imperial Club run smoothly.
• Process all cashiering transactions promptly and correctly.
• Deliver the resort's service standards and assist guests with their requests throughout their stay.
• Work closely with the F&B service team, ensuring sanitation and safety standards are followed and maintained.
• Know the Imperial Services offerings and benefits in full.

Required profile

• 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in an international hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal confidently with a diverse clientele.
• Team player who can manage multiple tasks.
