Inclusion Teacher (Immediate)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Teacher to join our school and provide high‑quality, personalised instruction to students with diverse learning needs. The role focuses on delivering differentiated lessons, developing Individual Education Plans, and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality instruction tailored to diverse learning needs, aligned with curriculum and inclusion guidelines.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and parents.
• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet grade‑level outcomes while addressing individual student needs.
• Coordinate with subject and classroom teachers to promote co‑teaching and interdisciplinary learning.
• Provide direct and indirect instruction based on each student’s support requirements.
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress, providing timely feedback and quarterly reports to parents.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies for students with learning differences.
• Act as a mentor/advisor to assigned students, monitoring academic and behavioural development.
• Support ADEK’s National Identity initiatives across the curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (QFE Level 7) in English or a related field, attested and UAE‑equivalency certified.
• Recognised teaching qualification (Teaching diploma, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Valid IELTS band 6 for non‑native speakers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inclusion Teacher.
• Prior experience working with students of determination or in an inclusive setting is highly preferred.
