Income Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Income Audit Supervisor will ensure accurate revenue recording and compliance with financial standards for SIRO One Za'abeel, a luxury wellness‑focused hotel in Dubai. This role bridges finance operations and guest experience, guaranteeing that all income transactions are correctly captured and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily tasks of Income Auditors and Micros controllers.
• Review and reconcile incentive programmes, ensuring timely monthly reporting and payments.
• Prepare and submit all required tax reports, including DM fee and DTCM fees.
• Audit all revenue transactions, including inter‑company postings, for accuracy and system alignment.
• Validate that the Opera system and all interfaces match recorded transactions.
• Ensure proper mapping between the Property Management System (PMS) and accounting systems.
• Verify that revenue entries are posted to the correct guest ledger and that outlet totals reconcile.
• Confirm room rates are correctly posted and supported by appropriate documentation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in hotel finance or ultra‑luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of financial standards, SOPs, and chart of accounts.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high guest‑satisfaction standards.

Required skills

• Opera revenue management system.
• Micros point‑of‑sale and control modules.
• Property Management System (PMS) integration with accounting software.
• Knowledge of tax reporting requirements (DM fee, DTCM fees).
